November 2025

As the end of the year beckons – it’s time for the Trustees and the Ackleton Community Group to say a big thank you to everyone who has supported our events over the last twelve months. It’s been quite a rollercoaster from when we started the brick campaign back in January, but we raised an incredible £17,000 for the twelve-month period. Admittedly, we have had to spend a great deal of that money, but the Hall is looking so much better and is once again the beating heart of our village.

We have had some fantastic grant support (and more to come – hopefully!) but we certainly couldn’t have done it without the generosity of the people of Ackleton and the wider community and with the floor due to be replaced at the end of January and the replacement of the kitchen roof imminent, we hope that you will once again support us as we launch the Ackleton Village Hall 200 Club.

Full details are on the poster but a ticket costs £12 – that’s only a pound a month – and you’ll be in with a chance of winning one of three cash prizes every month throughout 2026. A ticket in the makes a great Christmas present, but please note it’s for over 16s only!

We wish you all a very Happy Christmas
